About the event

Courageous Conversations is a 4 part mini series where a migrant to New Zealand tells their story to an inquisitive and sensitive New Zealand listener.

The storytellers have all faced challenging experiences as part of their relocation to NZ. The interviewers are well known Nelsonians keen to get a better understanding and empathy of the migrant’s story.

The first two courageous conversations will screen on Thursday 4 August; and the second two will screen on Thursday 11 August. Come to one or both – they will be different to each other.

To book your spot, contact Richmond Library 03 543 8500 or email library@tasman.govt.nz
