About the event

Maggie Cocco's Science for Sociopaths is an award-winning art pop project for voice and piano featuring song cycles that explore themes of intrapersonal, interpersonal, and systemic trauma and resilience. Maggie will be joined with Bonnie Schwarz the amazing cellist from 'Good Habits'.  Live performances are often presented as multimedia experiments featuring audience participation and visual artist collaborators. LIKE A MOTH is the first song cycle of its kind; developed on the road and informed by audience and artist collaboration. LIKE A MOTH the studio album is set to release in 2023 featuring arrangements and artworks created with guest artists and audiences. An independent musician who is proudly community-centered, Maggie offers Pay What You Can music services and works with various arts and social justice organizations around the world. Her work is dedicated to making ours a more beautiful and just place.
