About the event
Join us for a Lunar New Year Multicultural Celebration on Saturday 28 February, from 2–4pm. This is a relaxed, drop-in event, so you’re welcome to pop in and out anytime during the afternoon.
The celebration offers a chance to experience traditional Chinese culture and wellbeing practices that are shared and appreciated across many cultures. Activities include paper cutting (symbolising good fortune), lantern making (light, hope, and reunion), Chinese calligraphy, Traditional massage Tuina, and Chinese songs.
This event is family-friendly and open to all cultural backgrounds.
Koha is appreciated between $5–$20, supporting materials and the continuation of community cultural events.
Come together to celebrate renewal, diversity, and connection through culture, creativity, and care.
