Valentine’s Day often invites us to look outward.

This gathering is an invitation to start the day remembering love as something we are.

In this Valentine’s reflection session, we will create a gentle, held space to turn inward — to fill our own cup first and reconnect with love as wholeness rather than need. Through guided meditation, silence, and reflective journaling, participants are invited to experience love not as effort or longing, but as a natural state of being.

From this place of inner fullness, giving and receiving happen effortlessly — without grasping, without expectation.

This is a space to remember that self-love is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

It is the ground from which all love flows.
