Malsha Ariyawansa

I am Malsha Ariyawansa. I am originally from Sri Lanka and I moved to Nelson, New Zealand in 2014.

New Zealand is now my home, yet Sri Lankan beauty and artistic appeal will always be a part of me. In my art, I like to capture the beauty and uniqueness of ancient Sri Lankan temple murals and I work mainly in acrylics on wood.

I am focused on creating colourful artwork showcasing my childhood passions and my country's heritage.
